Daily Activity Version English


Assalamualaikum wr wb

        Hallo guys, how y'all doin today back to kitchen. As usually I'll tell you what activities I was doing in the kitchen poltekpar. Well today I went to campus hours 07.15 up there I was getting ready to prepare supplies and grooming me. Because as we usually check in advance by senior before entering into the kitchen to do the activities. We started one line hours: 08.00. We're on hiatus by senior and also directly on the check by incharge senior on this day.


        After it was all over we returned one line in the main kitchen. And then Mr. Ichal come and directly provide material about the ala carte menu. So this week we have entered a la carte and previous Ministers we have colleagues specializing menu table Doug and also menu buffet. And now we enter the material a la carte. Mr. Ichal gives us a sense of the problem, and others associated with the menu. A lot of things that need to be mastered to do the a la carte menu. After that group split Ichal Pack for each section.



        Today I was in the section Main Kitchen. Our group's Main kitchen, our Member 6-7 people. We divide the task to work on products that are on the menu of the Main course. I myself get a task executed menu Prawns Of la Meuniere. After the Division of tasks is complete. We went to prepare the materials that will be in use. Today I just prepare Spaetzle because only this capable survive with quite a long time in cold temperatures. Because our holiday tomorrow.
