Daily Activity Version English


Assalamualaikum wr. wb.

    Hello all? Well get on with it I will tell about my activities in the kitchen today. As usual we entered hours 08.00 am. We also one line then our absent senior and check out all of our tools and equipment. After that we store the bags and the other in the lockers provided. Then we went back one line in the cold kitchen. After we complete all the foot directly opening activities on this day. By reading the prayers in the lead by the Chairman of the class.

After that we continue discussing on the menu These days. But soon the group 1 out to do research. We were given time until 11.30 pm. At the time we did the research, group 2 working on the menu make the restaurant lunch which began to open hours 12.00 am. We took turns because yesterday I and group 1 worked on the food for the restaurant.

    And soon the clock has shown at 11.30. And it's time for group 1 in. Once we enter our one line and given direction by senior to prepare food for tomorrow. Before us in for the group to work on each of the menu. Me and my group get the task of working on Main cores. We went to prepare the tools and materials to the next menu. I am working on the duck cut some garlic and shallots. And many more.
