Daily Activity Version English


Assalamu Alaikum Wr. Wb.

       Does not feel we've been on the last day of practice this week. Just then I will tell about my activities are in the kitchen today. I departed from dorm to campus hours 07.00. Upon arriving at my campus getting ready. Hours: 08.00. Our one line and in the absence and in the completeness check, equipment too. We at check in accordance with the number of the sort absent. And all my name is called, I am straight forward and in check by seniors. Once I am in my full stated on the survivors to get into the kitchen.

    After I sign in, I then store the bag and other items in the lockers that have been provided. And directly into the cool kitchen and directly on one line. After we complete the senior gave the order to the head of the class to lead prayers before activities begin. After that any senior describes our menu today. Today's menu is the rotation I. 3, which is the food of the native food from Indonesia. Yesterday after we have set up a preparatory materials. And today is the day where we cultivate these ingredients into a food that can be eaten.

     Once completed, we divided each group working on the menu for today. I myself am working on a menu of maincores i.e. nyenyet duck. I along with my friends the revelation of such work. At the start of the brine duck, cut, spread the seasoning and cook the duck. But once in a while I asked both senior lecturers, about the steps in the processing of duck nyenyet. After the job is finished I go help other friends who worked on the menu today.
